You’ll need to provide your thoughts on one short essay and one longer essay as part of your application.

First required essay: 25 random things about yourself.
The 'Team Fuqua' spirit and community is one of the things that sets the MBA experience apart, and it is a concept that extends beyond the student body to include faculty, staff, and administration. Please share with us “25 Random Things” about you. The Admissions Committee wants to get to know YOU - beyond the professional and academic achievements listed in your resume and transcript. Share with us important life experiences, your hobbies, achievements, fun facts, or anything that helps us understand what makes you who you are. (Your list will be limited to 2 pages, 750 words maximum).
Second required essay: The Fuqua community and you
Fuqua prides itself on cultivating a culture of engagement. Our students enjoy a wide range of student-led organizations that provide opportunities for leadership development and personal fulfillment, as well as an outlet for contributing to society. Our student-led government, clubs, centers, and events are an integral part of the student culture and to the development of leaders. 一道比较标准的 Career Goal 问题，题目中明确要求申请人要阐述短期计划、长期计划和后备计划。
短期目标和长期目标我们并不陌生。短期目标是长期目标的基石，阐述MBA毕业后的具体职业规划，并在这过程中朝着长期目标迈进。
与常规CG文书有所不同的是，Fuqua问到了 Alternate plan，就是我们常说的 Plan B，也就是万一理想目标实现不了，我们会做的选择。理论上，这应该是一个更容易实现的目标，但与现在相比，仍然要有明显的提升，并且要体现出MBA能够在你实现这个目标的过程中起重要的作用。
Career Goal 的选择要与过去的经历相关，即使涉及转换职业，也要顺理成章、言之成理，基于过去的背景而产生转换职业的想法，虽然这些并不需要在 Short Answer Question 全部阐述出来，但也是要在动笔回答这道题目前想清楚的。同时，CG还需要体现进步，并且是可以实现的。标准的CG一般需要包含 industry, function, location 三方面内容。
最后提醒大家注意字数，是包括空格一共500个字符，字符，字符。四字点评：字斟句酌。
