"In any given month, if a manager wishes to clear out particular Line of merchandise, then a managers’ sale is declared, If a holiday falls within the calendar month And there is excess merchandise in the warehouse never contains excess merchandise"
>> manager sale发生的条件和 manager sale 和holiday sale 同时发生的结果。所以不用管这段就可以得到答案 D.

A 讲 holiday sale 的条件，错，原文没讲
