按照helr 的推理模式，我首先定位本题为一个相关因果类型，违规的数量和事故的数量呈现正相关，所以是违规增加导致事故增加。
而我认为答案的思考则是，是增加了检查的次数和严格程度导致了违规更多的被发现了，并不一定代表着实际违规次数的增加，所以不能下结论事故增加和更多违规有关。
