P1: consumption decisions is aligned with market prices and general welfare开头第一句大概这个意思. 这样的decisions还会影响到其他行业,consumption decisions will also affect the amount of aluminum produced and 另一个忘记了 好像也是electricity prices。

Aluminum production requires a lot of electricity. For companies that requires a lot of electricity for per ton of aluminum produced, costs will be higher than those need less. 最后一句结论是,因为这个影响了electricity prices, 所以even with no knowledge in electricity (prices), consumer will prefer the companies who need less resources in producing energy or those who produce more efficiently 之类的。

题目:
3. 如果政府继续要解决一个water shortage,根据文章什么样的方法是最有效的:构筑选的是保持water prices correctly reflect the water quality and its corresponding amount available; 干扰项有使用禁令,用tax incentives来让公司们减少用水

-------------

1. 以前lack of credit score的人会怎么样:被deny loan
2. 有一题问main idea:data revolution allows creditors to reconize people that are trustworthy enough to repay loans but would otherwise be denied.

PS. verbal pace

---------
作文:
The chieft production manager of a machine parts manufacturing company presented the following in the company meeting:

Cookville is our most advanced and efficient production factory. It can produce 10 drill bits for every dollar of production cost, while none of our other factory can produce more than 7 drill bits for every dollar of production costs. (To reduce production costs costs, we should shift all drill bits production to Cookville.) And since reducing production costs for individual machine parts is the only way to reduce our overall production costs, dedicating Cookville to produce drill bits and switch production of others parts to other factories will allow the company the achieve the later larger goal.
