在提交申请后，重新登录会发现checklist多了一个video interview。三道题，90秒准备，180秒recording。
我的题目如下：
1. 选择这个academic field的动机
2.阐述过去project收到negative feedback，怎么handle this critique？
3. application中没提到的sth.
