第一句描述了这样一种情况，这种情况下其解释是一个论点，而该论点是本段辩论所要解决/处理的。

但是这样的话circumstance后面不加任何标点符合句法结构吗？

嗯啊，明白！但是中间没有标点符号连着两个名词，符合句法结构吗？
