标题: 缅因州USCPA报考咨询。

官网上列了7份材料。想确认一下：
首先我选FACS认证，论坛里也看了很多贴，信息比较零散，想汇总一下：
Materials to be Submitted

An official transcript from each school listed on your application. Transcripts must be sent directly from your school to CPA Examination Services.

不是直接从学校邮寄到FACS，FACS认证完后由FACS邮寄到CPAES吗? 为什么这第1份是说学校邮寄到CPAES？？

2. Three reference letters. Submission by you or reference to CPAES. Reference letters may not be provided by persons related to you, and only one of the three letters may be submitted by an employer or instructor whose acquaintance with you is based only on work or study.
需要3份介绍信，请问都是中国人可以吗？还有必须用英文写吗？看坛子里有人提到但是具体结论有点不清楚。

3. Notarization form. Submission by you to CPAES
看坛子里有人提到去大使馆，我完全摸不到头脑。这个公正什么内容？去哪里公正？市区的公证处公证？大使馆???

4. Photo form. Submission by you to CPAES - 没问题
5. Certificate of Enrollment, if applicable. Submission by you or school to CPAES. -没问题
6. International Evaluation, if applicable. Submission by you or evaluation agency to CPAES.
这个应该是和第1个问题连起来的。。

7. Testing Accommodations Request Form, if applicable. Submission by you to CPAES. - 没问题。

谁能帮忙解答一下，谢谢，，新人，还在看报名程序，中介太贵了。

FACS国内成绩认证，国内成绩单彩色复印件即可。他们一般5个星期可以认证完成，会发一封邮件到你的电子邮箱。
