楼主，开头说了，是截至9月30日，为期6个月；一年前同期是指截至一年前9月30日，为期6个月。当时6个月周日papers的平均销量（另，应该是少了八万一千份不是81份吧），供参考作者: Alaska17 时间: 2020-8-29 16:09
有一种可能是每次发行的周日PAPERS的平均销量（当然是同期相比）。一般周日PAPERS，一周发行一次作者: IreneGao 时间: 2021-8-9 11:14
想问一下这道题为什么A,B,E用less不对呢？很多人都说”we are talking about papers“所以可数名词应该用fewer，但我觉得这里比较的主语不是"numbers"吗？那么如果用fewer岂不是在数”一个number两个numbers“...? 我觉得这里形容number本身的程度，所以用less没问题呀？
对应在Manhattan SC 70页也提到了，
"If you wish to make a comparison using the word numbers, use greater than, not more than (which might imply that the quantity of numbers is larger, not the numbers themselves):
