我选择了E，一开始做题的时候是先看的平行并列。to be bred for looks... 和 to meet criteria ...平行, 但是感觉are being bred for looks or to meet other narrow criteria不平行，所以一上来就排除了A
请问各位NN，这样的做法如何避免？关于A选项to meet other narrow criteria的平行对象是谁呢？

for looks

这个是老题了。考的是idiom，not so much XXX as XXX. 两个XXX要parallel。
