标题: 请问谁知道INSEAD这几年MBA的就业情况
请问，有人知道INSEAD MBA最近几年”中国同学“大概的placement情况吗？
看到LBS都有类似的分享，但从来没有看到过INSEAD的，是每年招的人太多/校区太分散了不容易统计，还是太参差不齐不愿分享呢

希望有有校友或在读学生可以分享一下，谢谢！

但我比较关心的是中国同学的数据，从来没有看到有人分享过

看来Insead在咨询方面的就业能力真的很强啊（12%金融服务业，20%企业，14% IT, 剩下50+%都是咨询?）
不过欧洲的placement好像少的不像欧洲的商学院了

（当然亚洲机会好，这个就都是个人选择）

看到50个同学里只有40个选择了暑假实习，可以问问，那大概多少这次就业了?

To answer your questions (apologize for not responding in Chinese - I can read Chinese but my typing has gotten rusty over the years having worked overseas for awhile. I can still speak very well though!), the high number of students working in Asia has more to do with the attractive growth presented in Asia vs. EUROPE/US, and the number is a reflection of students’ choices. This is especially true in the last 4-5 years where increasing number of the top Asian students (Chinese especially) would choose to return and work in Asia after finishing their MBA. This is more so when comparing Asia with Europe.

I don’t have all of the data for % of these Chinese students going for internship and how many have gotten their permanent jobS from the internships. I wouldn’t be surprised if many if not most of them ended up working for firms they didn’t intern for. One anecdotal observation I have is that when people say internship doesn’t play a big part in INSEAD’s program, it is in fact true (except for PE/IBD/IM). Every year a good number (slightly less than half) of the INSEAD December class, which provides internship option, choose not to participate in an internship but decided to travel with classmates during the summer holiday. Many of those people do change industry or function in the end. Now that is not to say internship does not increase the odds of getting into a student’s desired career; it definitely does help. There are just many other factors, in addition to an internship, that come into play.

我很理解，亚太机会很好的话，很多人会选择回去，只不过这个比例有些惊人.......
不过看LBS的贴，感觉今年都如此，估计的确是世道的确如此了。

这份报告乍一看很漂亮，但我有以下疑惑，

1. 没有明确统计口径，是否这参与统计的学生都是持有大陆护照的（外国护照或者是中国港澳台护照的参照意义不大）？Insead这一届总共有多少持有中国护照的同学？

2. 20%的人没去暑假实习也是挺惊人的比例了，据我所知除了创业的同学一般都会去暑假实习，即使sponsor的学生大多也会去实习。
3. 40个学生找到实习，23%在大陆？这个怎么算出来的？9.2个人？

我只想多问一句，50个人里毕业的时候，多少人拿到全职offer了？

按照中国护照计算的。2个promo一年，总人数约90人。

INSEAD MBA 每年入学有两批，一批有时间做暑期实习，一批没时间做。

其实MBB本身一年也只能申请一次，如果实习申请挂了，全职直接挂。
