但是有人提出“原文的意思是four times more likely than....就是多四倍.也是前面的是后面的五倍.....而C中是four times as likely as ...是四倍”好象也有道理,那么C是不是改变原意?

原文的意思如果没有歧义就视作文章希望表达的意思,C项改变了原意。in planning to practice的确有这个用法,把习惯搭配作为排除点是最最后才考虑的内容,除了太显而易见的错误外如not only...but also.
