答案是B, 为什么D不行呢?prefer... to... 不是固定搭配么,在字典里没查到prefer over 的搭配啊。谢谢指正!

prefer to 恰恰就是D的错误之处,原句意思应该是others 和some litigants相对应


而prefer to 将another与status 想对应,改变了句仪

此处prefered是形容词,修饰status,并不是prefer(verb)...to 结构

 是定语从句的省略形式。 status(that is) preferred to another-----> 所以还是 preder to 结构。

这题的错误,正如4F所说。

prefer to 关联错了对象。

原本想说,一些被告比另外一些被告牛。现在成了一些被告的状态比另外一些被告牛
