No. Marshall is agnostic between GRE and GMAT. Some schools accept both but state that they prefer GMAT, and some schools state that they only accept GMAT (INSEAD & Carnegie Mellon, for example). But you should be all set with a GRE for USC Marshall. Like most strong MBA programs in the US, USC Marshall accepts both GRE & GMAT.
The most important point is that you are applying the highest score as possible, independent of which test you choose. That said, you probably want to take a practice test for the GMAT if you have not already done so to make sure that you couldn't apply with a higher score if you took the GMAT. I presume that you already did this, though, when you were deciding between the GRE and GMAT to begin with and made a decision based on which test you favored. If this is the case, then go forward with confidence using the GRE.

USC 似乎对 GRE和GMAT没有偏好,我是交GRE分数拿的面试,楼主加油考高点就行~
另外楼上信息有误,Carnegie Mellon 没有 only accept GMAT噢,GRE也收而且我觉得可能还占便宜一点
