请问综合申请难度以及国内外找工来看, 哪个更加推荐? 作者: RajPatil_Brown 时间: 2020-3-2 15:27
Hey there,
Both of these analytics programs are solid for analytics. Where is it that you want to be post-masters? A "grandes ecole" like ESSEC will resonate well in France and Europe broadly, but will be lesser known in the U.S. or Canada, where Columbia will be a stronger brand. My advice is to apply to both. You shouldn't apply to just one school. You come from a competitive demographic. Applying to multiple schools will maximize your chances of acceptance to a top program. It's also easier to negotiate financial aid if you can say that you got into other programs (especially if you can say that other programs gave you financial aid, a probability you'll maximize by applying to more schools).
I'd also research the websites and find what employers recruit at the schools you are most interested in. Make sure that there is a pre-established "path" for the journey you want to take though the school in question. I included the websites for the two programs you mentioned below. You can also look on LinkedIn and see what people who have these credentials are doing now. Find a program that has alums who are where you want to be. You can also use LinkedIn to connect with alums. I've had countless applicant clients do that and they are often surprised at who will take their cold call - especially with American business schools and INSEAD and be super helpful to them.
