标题: 真心求教Columbia申请
真心求教了解情况的XDJM。现在才开始申请Regular round，主要由于gmat出分晚了，感觉这个点申确实晚了，但还是想试一试，如果这个原因被ding,再申请j-term算reapplicant么？会不会影响J-term的申请。
楼主在buyside mutual fund工作多年，毕业后也是继续做本行， Columbia是Dream school阿，也是唯一真心想去的。

看到有很早的帖子有申请Regula round，由于也是提交晚了被招生办从waitinglist转到J-term，这种情况普遍么？求教有经验或了解情况的XDJM赐教。不胜感激。

申请群听说今年EA也有 FT项目的被招生官劝要不要转到 Jterm去

今年已拿到OFFER的申请人说，已经发了60-70 OFFER了；

CBS尽量还是不要REAPPLY，既然是dream school 准备充分申请明年入学的R1吧

，是发了60%-70%的offer了？
我是不介意J-term，不打算转行，也不是很想再等一年，没有internship应该回来找工作也还好。那么最好的策略是申请明年1月的J-term了？

I am a current CBS student sharing the same career aspiration and below are my two cents:

- There are still spots at the moment. Would recommend you to apply for regular round now if your GMAT is decent (750+)
- Fall-term's experience (if you pursue the investment management path) is better than J-term (just personal opinion, not a representation of the school / classmates)
- CBS is reapplicant friendly. So no worry even if you get rejected.

多谢建议，还想麻烦请教J-term除了没时间实习，其他有啥区别么？那个value investing program对J-term可以申请不？很向往这个项目

麻烦麻烦，遇到个懂的人很难得哈哈

J-termers can apply to the Value Investing Program too.
Historically, J-term's proportion of the Value Investing Program is lower than J-term's proportion of the MBA population. I cannot draw the conclusion whether it is harder for J-termers to get into the program or whether there are less J-term applicants though.
