It's hard to provide a fullsome answer about your candidacy without more background on your profile. A 3.05 is not a dealbreaker as long as you have some other achievements in your application (e.g., good GMAT or GRE score, good english skills, international experience, managerial/leadership background, promotability as demonstrated by your resume, etc.). If you're applying as an international student to programs in Canada and the U.S., you should know that you come from a very competitive demographic, and strategic postitioning will matter quite a bit. Strategic positioning includes why you want an MBA, why now is the right time to pursue an MBA, what do you want to do post-MBA & where, and how your professional ambitions are imminently possible given your past professional achievements.
