原题是说保证AGENCY 的存在要重要过接收1% 低于标准CHEESE所带来benefit

C:说如果拒收商品会不会阻碍很多ＣＨＥＳＥ出口商出口合格的CHESE 到GORONIA, if so, there might be no need for C.I.Board, then C.I.B's maintaining will be a question.
