首先逻辑含义上conduct应该是company主动发出的动作所以排除ae，

个人觉得as做连词这里比较好，所以选b

我第一眼看的时候，也是这感觉，但是仔细看了看那样的化conducted做过去分词修饰operation什么意思呢，如果直接做谓语have后面的动词怎么办？？？
