第一,不要做任何中文翻译,考试时间连让你完全读懂都不一定够
原文结论,因为出错之前,X区会活跃,那我们观察X区域就可以了
只有C,D和X区域有关,其他直接杀
而D说的是提前多少秒,也没理原文,原文说的是要不要观察X,至于X区域提前多少秒有反应,无关。杀
所以选C

我觉得D选项支持的是原文已经描述的一个事实“these regions became less active several seconds before some errors were made, and another brain region, region X, became active.” 既然已经是一个事实,发生的可能性就是100%,所以不存在支持不支持的问题

我一开始纠结D是因为我想至少提前5s知道,那是不是能加强conclusion说我们能通过观测X来预警
然而后来一想,这需要额外的assumption,那就是assume我们可以在提前x秒的时候做出预警
需要额外的assumption就让这个选项有问题了
C为什么对
C排除了X变得活跃只是一个correlated fact
原文说犯错前几秒,X会变得活跃,那万一X只是一个巧合,或者是马上要犯错会导致Z,然后Z才导致的X
有可能有X活跃,然而人没犯错,这种情况的存在
C选项排除了这个可能性,说只要一犯错,基本就是在做重复的task而且马上要犯错
因此strengthen

C选项排除的风险:无关事件影响到warning
D选项排除的风险:warning后没时间去解决问题,但题目根本没说预警后要去解决这个问题,可能预警后该走神还是走神,飞船该炸还是炸,但是无所谓,只要我预警了,题目结论就成立了。
所以D选项其实跟题目完全没有关系,这里不能套入常识逻辑,即“预警后我必须做点什么。”。
所以只剩下C了,虽然C其实也很不靠谱,哪怕10次里9次是无关时间,也不妨碍能预警到那唯一一个有关时间。不过这不是假设问题,而是加强问题,所以也ok。
难题到最后只能靠排除法啊。。。。。
顺便一提刚开始看到5s的描述后我直接把D排除了(假设题惯性),后来一想,会不会出题人利用我的惯性再设陷阱呢?
现在看有可能这个5s就是迷惑弹,出题人设了一个想到了我想到了出题人会用惯性设陷阱的陷阱,顶级套娃了属于是。
