答案是C。我对这里的代词不是很清楚。有多个复数名词，如果they指代不明的话，those应该也指代不明吧。然后D选项的which are有问题吗？谢谢

两者的standard是不一样的standard，不能用they指代，只能用those，且第二个用which明显是错的

可以讲讲which为什么错了吗？不是指sport utility vehicles吗？

有时候不能总盯着which的指代来看，何况这里跳过了成分指代，这样语法上虽然不算错，但是结构不好；根据逻辑意思来看这两个是有因果关系的，almost all of which are gasoline powered ，因此他们不需要被像diesel-powered vehicles那么严格的排放标准制约；所以用therefore 是更符合逻辑意思的；which 在这里少了这层含义；
