denotes the least integer greater than or equal to z，[z]表示最小整数大于或等于z?是这个意思吗，怎么理解？
和denotes the greatest integer less than or equal to y，[y]表示最大整数大于或等于y?这个又是啥？和上面的有啥区别？
For all z, [z]denotes the least integer greater than or equal to z. Is[x]= 0?
1. -1<x <-0.1
2. [x+0.5]=1
[y] denotes the greatest integer less than or equal to y. Is d < 1?
1. d=y-[y]
2. [d]=0
