首先，楼主得知道 so that 和so…that…不是一个东东
第一点 语法排除：什么时候才能用so that，so that 修饰非be动词的时候才可以，这道题so that前没有实意动词，所以不能用。
第二点 语义排除： so that 引导目的状语从句，意为“以便;为了”。so…that…意为“如此……以至于……
that...在这里做定语修饰 troubles。可以叫做后置主语定语。
正确语序是这样的：
the computer company's present troubles that several attempts to revise corporate strategies have failed to correct are a result of technological stagnation, marketing missteps, and managerial blunders.

但是我还是有一个小疑问，就是so that 有个意思是with the result that，比如 He checked so carefully, so that the mistakes were caught.
