今天刚参加完商学院的Orientation， 第一次体验到在Graduate Business School 如何细心安排交流活动，早上大家会到商学院的一楼的圆桌用餐，有30 分钟的时间跟不同的同学们谈话，特别的是每一桌都有一个预留席，每一桌学校都安排了不同的Faculty 与同学进行所谓的
” Small Talk ” ，今天与我共进早餐的刚好是商学院的Admission Director AKA 决定录取与否的人。从学校慰问到生活趣事，可以看得出学校尽可能的让我们可以更融入学校，而随着大家热络也开始询问一些比较深入的问题，直到有人提出一个问题：
I believe a good candidate is a person brave enough to conquer the obstacles 、 passionate enough to deeply connect with people and supportive enough to one’s teammates.
随后广播通知学生到指定教室上课，同学们才纷纷开始离席，而我则是在步往教室的途中持续酝酿着Director 的话，那些我们不曾重视的小细节没想到在她们的心中占了这么大一部份，也或许就是这些细节反映出每一位Candidate 与其他人的不同之处，所以才有所谓的” Fit ” 的说法，每个学校都有在意的小细节，而我们能做的是找出自己的特别之处去找到适合自己的学校，而今天最后的Take away 就是 :
Brave、Connection、Teamplayer
