Last year the rate of inflation was 1.2 percent, but for the current year it has been 4 percent. We can conclude that inflation is on an upward trend and the rate will be still higher next year.

d中a ten-year low的意思是不是十年一次的周期性低谷,如果是这样,不是说明last year 的数据如果是正常年份应该高吗,不正削弱了吗

这题我找过好象没有链接,我search,search就跑到这里来了.我同问,而且B也无法证明inflation will be still higher next year,或者further increase不是关键?

个人理解：

a ten-year low是一个比较数据，其比较对象是已经过去的10年中最低的一年。

first:没有任何周期性，规律性提示。secondlY:从D的表树中，1.2的通货膨胀率找不到和今年及以后的联系。

应该属于比较错误。
