答案选C。

但是不是很明白OG的解释， OG说C选项中Severely hindered…. 是修饰the AQ division (noun phrase)；E选项中though….也是修饰AQ division….（一个complex noun phrase）,这两个有什么差别， though在这里的使用不影响修饰noun phrase AQ division吧？

另外就是C选项中but this.. 这里this不完全指代，不是应该加名词吗？不能单独说this......

this在历来的正确选项中出现过几次直接指代的情况，新题也出现了，只能说错误选项有This的情况更多一点，现在已经不能单纯靠this去排除选项了。最好是有其他错误的时候，不要用this来排除。
E选项我没懂你意思，但是是指代错误，后面是the AQ division’s also having a new management team...而不是单纯的AQ division

the AQ division’s also having a new management team 就是the AQ division is also having a new management team 呀。主语还是AQ division。

OG解释说，C是前边那段（Severely hindered......)是修饰一个noun phrase; E前边那段(though......)是修饰一个complex noun phrase。这个我不是很理解。这里用though有没有问题呢？E错在哪里呢。

E是不是错在时态上 is also having... 那么though有没有问题

不是...E是修飾的問題啊

这个是GMAT里面很常规的一道题了，楼主可以这样理解，be hindered by 这个动作肯定是由AQ division发出而不是 AD division‘s发出的，通过这个方式理解的话就只有C可以选择了
