因为第二个句子中“having learned" modifies "People",是adj modifier
第一个句子中，"comma+V-ing" modifies前面整个句子，这个情况下V-ing动作的时态和主句动作的发生时间，应该要一致，而很明显，句子一中的两个动作并不是同时发生的

应该是逻辑层面的，背景问题，“现在正在回答以前未能回答的问题”必须是整句话的主题，而不是反过来吧
