Hey there,
It’s a bit tough to say without knowing more about you. Your GMAT is solid but it’s not high enough to differentiate you & is below the average for top 10 schools. Most schools also require a minimum of 100 on the TOEFL. Be sure to check out the TOEFL requirements for each school. Your undergrad & masters GPA are important as well. You’ll want to hit or ideally exceed a school’s average GPA to be competitive. If your masters is in a business topic that can make it a bit tougher to argue that you still need the MBA, so you may have some work to do there in terms of thinking through the skill gaps you still need to fill. (more on this below). Your years of work experience are good – most schools want applicants with 3-5 years of experience upon matriculation so you are in great shape there. That said, you’ll want to be able to show that you’ve driven meaningful impact and results at work – the adcom wants to see that you have made a strong contribution. Your post-MBA goals are critical as well – that’s a chance to differentiate yourself & your argument for why you need an MBA also rests on those goals (in the form of the specific skill gaps you say you need to fill to be ready to achieve your goals). When it comes to your goals, the more specific you can be the better. They want to know your target title in the ST & LT, 2-3 target firms (and WHY those are your targets) as well as the unique impact you plan to have in your career & the accomplishments you aspire to achieve. So as you can see, there is a lot that goes into determining the strength of your candidacy! Hopefully these thoughts are helpful as you think about next steps!
