CEIBS Part-time Job Opening

Position: Research Assistant

Department: Dean’s Office

Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in researching of the business mode of healthcare;

2. Assist the research fellow to set up a learning organization for biotech developing trend research;

3. Organize research activity and case company visit;

4. Assist to contact and coordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives;

5. Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation, MBA class coordination and other logistic coordination;

6. General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, supporting of evens, IT, database, etc;

7. Supporting of operation;

8. Supporting other tasks assigned by Professor and research fellow.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree above. Major in strategy, international business, entrepreneurship, economics, psychology, finance, computer or sociology;

2. At least 5 years working experience;

3. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability;

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with abroad range of individuals and groups;

5. Familiar with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis. With experiences in using quantitative analysis software;

6. Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity;

7. Entrepreneurial experience is preferred.

Employment Period:

From 2019.05 to 2020.05

Working Hours:

At least 16 hours / 2 days on campus working per week;

In addition, remote work is accepted.
