问题：如果抛开C选项中they的指代有问题这一点，and连接前后句就不能体现出前后的因果关系了吗？and连接两个句子就一定是表达并列的关系而没有别的逻辑关系吗？

请教各位大大～

你看看主句主谓是公司将会投资。。。如果是并列平行hold句子变成投资并持有，首先非谓语是因为动作在谓语之后并列一个句子不能有两个动词情况下使用，公司投资(这个行为后)持有不超过1%的股权这个动作是发生后才能判断的，你不能说i eat and sleep....i eat, sleeping动作是不一样的吃和睡是不能一起发生的。所以并不是修改后就对了，还是需要看句意，拙劣之见。
