其实我觉的后面2题比较从句中用过去完成时态更好些（在此处如何区别过去时和过去完成时呢？），大家说呢？

关于BY那道题目,twice 的用法是:twice+what从句,或twice+the+n.
GWD1-Q16 中是 in any previous year 所以用过去完成时要好。
这个题目其实主要是平行和并列的关系，跟时态的关系不大，
如果完整表述的话，这个答案应该是这样的
a greater proportion than they accounted for, 或者than they had accounted for.
只有自己和自己比才用it 这里明显不是
B 比 A更加concise吧。不知道你哪里不明白
第一题中 根据语法原则 比较从句如果从句主语与谓语与主句的相同 可以省略 保留介词短语或相关修饰性成分 如果be动词相同 可省可不省 所以 如果要是A的话 因为主句用的是过去时 从句在没有逻辑意义以及其他时间状语提示的情况下肯定是要过去时的 但是有个问题就是was没有明确的指代对象！不符合比较从句的省略原则 如果要是补出的话 必须要补出的应该是accounted的助动词 did 所以A不对 从另一个角度说 B更加简洁 即使A的was没错 前面有对应的be动词 B也相对来说更加简洁
