请各位大侠帮我看看这个题目：

Discuss the most valuable lesson you have learned in a leadership role and in a teamwork role?

这里的lesson应该是指一个成功案例还是失败案例，是经验还是教训？

还有，leadership 和 teamwork role应该是分开写还是写在一个案例里？

it can be a success or a failure, as long as you consider it the most valuable lesson.

In my opinion, it will be better to combine the leadership rold and teamwork role into the same lesson, because most of the business schools assume that a great leader is also a great team player. my 2 cents.

right, combination of the teamwork and leadership, and actually teamwork should be part of ur leadership
