我的理解是： 3 times the price of what the drug’s maker charges for. What是of的宾语，而现在句子中已经有了“another product”，所以和what的作用是重叠的。

这道究竟是A还是E呢？？ E中的the capability to do与could意思重复么？A错是否因为that必须要紧跟修饰的名词呢？？

我觉得应该是A。无论是从逻辑意思（jet engine需要限定性修饰）还是用法都不错。觉得THAT从句修饰主语没有问题。

我觉得D是最佳选择。What引导的从句是相当于一个名词，表示PRICE的所属格。
