原文说改换新包装增加的成本会被因用了新包装所减少的退货的成本抵消。所以要看改用新包装会不会真的减少退货，假如退货都不是因为运输而造成的毛病，那改用金子做包装也没用。

a项也可能有用，但是比起c还差不少啊。
