Job Description

Research Assistant in Responsible Business Strategy and Management

CEIBS (China Europe International Business School)

China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) seeks a full-time Research Assistant in the area of Responsible Business Strategy and Management. Working together with a team of Faculty Researchers, this person will actively engage in academic and practical research on the topic of CSR and Sustainable Business Strategy and Management. CEIBS professors are exploring this topic in the context of China Business, and seek a skilled and passionate research collaborator.

Job Responsibilities:

· Academic research: literature review, personal interviews and data analysis

· Case development

· Administrative support (corporate interface, organizing workshops, etc.)

Desirable experiences, skills and competencies include:

· Bilingual Chinese/English

· Interest/Experience in Responsible Business,CSR, Sustainability

· Post-Graduate degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Strategy, Management, etc.)

· Research training and/or experience (Qualitativeand Quantitative)

· Strong English writing skills

· Critical thinking

· Ability to work independently

· Work experience in an academic setting and/or in Consulting / CSR / Sustainability is a plus.
