In 1913, the largely self-taught Indian mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan mailed 120 of his theorems to three different British mathematicians; only one, GH Hardy, recognized the brilliance of these theorems, but thanks to Hardy's recognition, Ramanujan was eventually elected to the Royal Society of London.

(A) only one, GH Hardy, recognized the brilliance of these theorems, but
(B) they were brilliant, GH Hardy alone recognized, but
(C) these theorems were brilliant, but only one, GH Hardy recognized;
(D) but, only one GH Hardy, recognizing their brilliance,

刪到剩a c e就不知道該怎麼解了
看了討論整理出一些解法求牛人指點

Ｅ的only one會有歧異的解釋
三位數學家中只有ＧＨ認可或者ＧＨ只認可120 of his theorems中的一個

Ｃ不知該如何解

覺得覺得結構沒啥問題呀

也有看到recognized是Vt 但實戰混亂中這要怎麼看得出來呀
看了解析有種事後諸葛的感覺希望牛人給出實戰速解法感謝

C的问题是有两个：
1.only one有歧义，原意是指only GH recognized，但C选项only前面是these theorems，会有指代不清的嫌疑
2.

but only one, GH Hardy recognized;

本身不构成完整句子，改成but only one, GH Hardy， recognized才完整
E的问题就是改变语义，转折的意思应该在

但是只有GH认识到了

所以but these theorems were brilliant
中的but应该改成though，但RON告诉我们千万不要浪费精力去重写句子，所以能判断出语义变了就可以了

不太懂這個句構哪裡出了問題..........
還是看不太懂

but作为连词，后跟完整的句子
正确的句子 but only one, GH Hardy ，recognized其实可以看做是but only one recognized而 GH Hardy是在解释那个only one的指代（不知道这么说是不是对的，但我觉得道理是没问题的）
但C中but only one, GH Hardy recognized but后跟的显然不是个句子，逗号完全用错了~
