103. 某人买某物花x and sell price is 10% more than x and final sold price is 10% less than sell price. What is percent difference from sold price to x.

SA: 1%

happy: x(1+10%)*(1-10%)=0.99x；所以答案为(0.99-1)/1=1%

请教：等式右边0.99X是什么意思？怎么来得？
