请问C和E之间该如何判断？OG上的解释是说
In this context it would be preferable to use a verb (emerged). The phrasing used here (suggests a much earlier emergence of ) sounds more stilted and is less clear and direct.
请问有前辈可以解释解释吗？还有E最后的 than that看上去是有点怪怪的，可以讲解一下吗？

1. emerged vs emergency --> 如果emerge这个动作是complex life-forms 发出来的那么一般gmac都倾向用动词形式而不是动词的名词形式，因为动词的名词形式一般没有一个特定发出的主语；

2. e选项当中which的用法也是错的，which的用法一般是非限制性定语，即“，which”或者是“in which" "at which"之类的才可以省略which前面的逗号；

3. that 不能指代scientists；句子的意思是scientists have gathered evidence suggesting that... than [scientists] previously thought.

有关上面，2019OG 已经官方澄清不会考 that 和 which 区别了，所以千万别拿这个作为排除点

D E 后半部分的比较存在和前句 “不平行”的问题。
A B initial modifier 只能修饰 scientists

nice!所以which前面不加逗号也是对的了？

俺的理解是不能作为排除点了，还是找其他的排除点
