104. Among the cossacks, vegetable farming was once so despised that it was forbidden on pain of death.

(A) so despised that it was

(B) so despised to be

(D) despised enough that it was（A）

(E) despised enough as to be

这题我觉得用B很简洁，A反而复杂了，因为这个forbidden的逻辑主语就是farming,所以不用补出it.请问nn,什么时候要补出it,不是在逻辑主语不是句子主语的情况下吗？在逻辑主语相同的情况下，为什么这里还要补出主语？

B. so ... to be, 不是什么固定搭配，和 so as to/so that 无关。表达意义完全不同。

so that 要求从句的主语明确表示出，所以 it 代指 farming。so as to 默认逻辑主语，所以不能出现逻辑主语模糊的情况，多用在单个主语的句中。
