标题: [讨论]shall we cover all the aspects in the topic?

Is it necessary to cover all aspects mentioned in the topic or just focus on the main one?

e.g:

AA025:The best strategy for managing a business, or any enterprise, is to find the most capable people and give them as much authority as possible.”

There’re two aspects: 1> capable people, 2> authority

Shall we cover both two?

个人觉得你写的时候还是两样都涉及一样把

只写一个点，弄不好，会容易产生偏题的情况吧！
