标题: 求问一道有关时态和省略的题目谢谢喔！

Despite the recent election of a woman to theoffice of prime minister, the status of women in Pakistan is little changedfrom how it was in the last century.

(A) is little changed from how it was

(B) is a little change from how it was

(D) has changed little from how it has been

(E) is little changed from the way it was

答案是C，但是不是很理解为什么D会是错的呢？是完成时用的不太好吗？

has changed little本身就是完成时了啊
D如果改成has changed little from how it was 语法上是对的，但简洁性远不如C
