官方答案是B，但我对于B选项中出现的Slowing表示不理解，请问为什么slow在这里要用-ing形式？

slowing sales...是伴随着前面那件事的结果。A中which修饰some regions，错。

提一下～
Verb-ing 修飾詞如果前面有逗點，那他會修飾前面整個句子。
如果沒有逗點，則是修飾名詞。

e.g. The girl sitting on the bench is my sister.
