正确答案是E，但是不知道为啥

               A. million, which is part of a deal that will make
            which不能指代一个句子

               B. million, a part of a deal that makes
               a part of a deal 用法错误，应该是part of a deal 。。。而且在这里不可以用part of deal 这个结构，这叫Noun modifier ...可以修饰前面句子的任何一个名词，甚至是整句话，但必须有指代的...前面根本没有有和Deal有关的信息。。。如果你用a division that , a purchase that 都可以，因为前面以为有这样的信息了

               C. million, a part of a deal making
            和上面一样的错误 making 在这里是修饰preceding noun - deal

               D. million as a part of a deal to make
            purchase ...as 正确的用法，很明白是怎么一回事，但a part of a deal 错误

               E. million as part of a deal that will make
            很完整清晰的表达 , part of a deal 是正确的使用方法
