(The sentence People show little respectfor otherpassengers makes a sweeping claim about every human being.) To correct this er-ror, remove the commas.

限定性和非限定性定语从句是看是否分类,还是在解释说明。
Snakes that are reptiles are quite. (属于爬行动物的snakes是安静的。)
Snakes, which are reptiles, are quite. (snakes是爬行动物,它们是安静的。)
所以,不是单纯的非限定性定语从句可有可无。限定性从名的功能是缩小。
