我感觉AB选项都对，但是A是正确选项。

A, can compensate-> 可以吃人造油，同时补充V就可以了

cannot compensate->不可以吃人造油

B, those V that is absobed by artifical meat, if present in the food-> 不可以吃人造油

those V that is absobed by artifical meat, if not present in the food->可以吃人造油

希望大神能解释一下

我对B的理解不是这样的啊。
我理解的是：那些能被人造黄油消耗的维生素，是否出现在含有脂肪的食物中？
the vitamins（ that theartificial fat absorbs） are present in foods（ that contain the fat）

然后我觉得，题目要求我evaluate的是：人造黄油消耗V，阻碍吸收 -> 不要吃人造黄油。关键还是V的吸收。
这些维生素出现在何处，不影响我对摄入人造黄油的好坏的评价，所以就把B踢了。

B选项Whether the vitamins that the artificial fat absorbs are present in foods that contain the fat：那些能被人造黄油消耗的维生素是否出现在含有脂肪的食物中。不管出不出现，人造黄油都会消耗维生素，没有办法解决问题，改变结论

然后我觉得，题目要求我evaluate的是：人造黄油消耗V，阻碍吸收 -> 不要吃人造黄油。关键还是V的吸收。
这些维生素出现在何处，不影响我对摄入人造黄油的好坏的评价，所以就把B踢了。
