I record my answers and listened:OMG, so awful, it feels like I was having a cake out of date. It is said that the most important part to get a higher score for part one is :speak as relax as possible. I think that's the most challenging side for me. I can tell from my recording that it's not fluent, not natural. Sound naturelly is the most difficulty thing for me to overcome. But how to get throuht to it.
<1>Be calm, cool, and natural
<2>Speak with no self-judgement; Be smooth, quick, and conneted
Speak soomthly nees practice of hours, days, weeks or even month, but it's worth it. Be smoothy means no heaitation.
How to speak without hesitaion, practice <1>focusly; <2>Don't self-judge; <3>re-record until you find out your hesitation time is 0.
Quick means naturally, not carzily fast. I can model the spped of the teacher by recording, comparing, and hearing.
