话说我自己做这道题的时候思路满奇葩的诶，我当时立刻想到了一个遇见过的题感觉前半句考点一样

"Estimating the expansion rate of the universe" is a problem
"Obtaining an investment-grade rating" will keep
两个都是一个action作为主语,然后巴拉巴拉
-感觉gmat蛮喜欢这样的格式，而且感觉也比E那个it is..简洁吧 (欢迎拍砖！)
