官方说 A This phrase is wordy and unidiomatic.

请问A哪里冗杂多余了？？？？

搬运：独立主格的being在三种情况下不能省略：1、独立主格的逻辑主语是代词时，2、在there being结构中，3、being done表示正在被做时。在这个题目中，Because ... reserves are so low that ..., are 是连系动词，主语不是代词，不是there be结构，are也不表示正在被做，所以改成独立主格后being可以被省略。“独立主格结构”是由名词或代词作为逻辑主语，加上分词、形容词、副词、动词不定式或介词短语作为逻辑谓语构成
