标题: 我在美读的硕士，申请商科博士还需要托福成绩吗？
求问：
我本科在国内读的，二年硕士在美国读的，如果想申请phd，还需要考托福吗？－－本人国际学生身份

貌似一些学校可以waiver 但不确定对于所有学校都是如此，求解答，谢谢哈

去想申请的学校网站上转一圈，上面都有写。印象里HBS，MIT，USC，UW-Seattle不能waive。Duke我忘了。

就算有的说不能waive你去联系一下也可能waive掉

Colorado Boulder, U of Georgia坚决不给只在英美国家获得master学位的申请人（不管1年还是2年制学位） waive TOEFL/IELTS,只给取得英美国家本科学位的waive。
害得我重考了两次TOEFL

There are around half schools among top 30 that still requires TOEFL even you have masters in an english speaking country. Almost all schools waive it if you have undergraduate from an english speaking country.

below won't waive for you, suggest you retake TOEFL if you want to apply:

CU Boulder waive for you if you email the department that you get US degree and ask for waive

Unfortunately not!
Here's the reply I got from CU Boulder.

Thank you for your email and for your application to the University of Colorado Boulder! The PhD Business program does require TOEFL scores even while you may have recent or current academic work at a US university.

interesting, got waived this year and got offer as well though rejected it...
(did the same for WUSTL and Utah, they also waived it for you)
