标题: 请教一道OG老题，关于doing做后置定语的修饰问题

关于C选项有点疑惑，看到有人说creating可以做individual 的定语，也可以做reactions的定语，还可以做lying的定语。因此产生了歧义。

请问这个解释对吗？

我之前一直以为doing做后置定语只能指代紧贴它前面的这个名词。然而现在突然告诉我不仅可以跳跃，还可以跳到谓语之前。所以一下就蒙蔽了，还望高人指点

有点不太成熟的理解就是这句话要看create unconscious physiological responses.的发出者是什么这道题说的e应该是emotional reactions 所以假如用creating 则代表主动由individual 发出那么和题目所表达的意思不一致所以不能用doing的
