不知道下周会不会换库，还是发上来给下周一考的朋友们看一看吧

数学
感觉碰到很多新题，但是没什么特别难的，都是常考的点，比如：A^n divided by B求余数，二次方程，work rate problem之类的。一道排列组合的都没有考，但是楼主也不知道为什么没有满分...
唯一一道还记得的题，应该都是低难度题库的，可能对大家帮助也不大
DS:  Someone bought a table and a chair at the same cost, and sold the chair at a price which is 10% higher than its cost. how much higher was the gross profit of the table compared to the gross profit of the chair
    condition 1: the table cost $200
    condition 2: the table was sold at a price 20% higher than the chair   选b, 不需要知道具体价格

寂静里的题好像只碰到2-3道：
1. DS: 一个正8边形求边长  选D (抱歉昨天打错了，打成了选C）
2. PS: 正五角星问一个内角度数  答案252
3. DS: f(x)=ax^2+bx+c 问和x轴有几个焦点   条件1：f(x)-4 和x轴有两个焦点 条件2：f(x-4) 和x轴有两个焦点  选B
4. PS: advanced degree那题：2500个人，1140个女性，750个人有advanced degree, 其中女性有advanced degree又是65岁以上的有350个人。 其他具体数字记不清了，问在这2500人里随便抽一个，抽到的是65岁以上男性并且没有advanced degree的概率。答案是220/2500 = 0.088

sc
感觉跟OG里的题不大一样，很多题几乎整个长句子都画了下划线...
fragmented sentences很多，注意主谓搭配

大部分都记不得了...楼主记忆力不行
没看过逻辑的寂静所以不知道这题之前有没有人说过： carbon dioxide level in the atmosphere is too high, scientists propose to add iron into a certain waters in the South Pacific ocean to remove excess level of carbon dioxide. The reason is iron helps two biological processes in a certain type of plankton: 1) it reacts with nigrate to help the plankton convert sunlight into energy  2) 记不得了。。。
问 Which of the following would be the most important to determine in order to evaluate the scientists proposal. 有一个选项是to evaluate whether there is nitrate in the areas in south pacific ocean where the scientists propose to add iron我选了这个，不过不确定...

楼主考前没时间看寂静，所以也不知道下面的文章寂静里有没有

有一篇说的是可见光。 第一段大意是宇宙里有各种光波，但是人类肉眼可见的都只在visible spectrum范围内。大部分其他波段的波比如gamma ray都会和大气反应掉产生各种粒子，而不能到达地面。
第二段解释为什么人眼只能看见这个波段内的光，第一个原因记不清了， 第二个原因是太阳(as an average sun)发射的波大部分都是这个范围内， 而太阳又是地球能量的来源。 第三段说即使宇宙有其他生物，他们所能看见的光很可能也是和人类相似的波段， 因为其他波长的波基本都会和宇宙中大量存在的气体反应掉，无法穿透，而且大部分恒星所释放的波也都是和太阳相似的波段。
Q1 问假设有一个科学家在地面建特殊观测站来专门观测gamma ray，what result can be inferred from the passage. 我选的是The scientist can  likely observe the effect that gamma ray has on the atmosphere rather than the ray itself that reaches the ground。 其他答案记不清了，但感觉都不太靠谱
Q2 问which of the following is an assumption underlying the argument in the last paragraph。 我选的是 that any other planet with  living forms is likely to to be surrounded by the gases that commonly exist in the cosmo

另一篇讲的是the iron age。 不是很长

第一段好像是说铁先是公元前8世纪左右在北非开始被使用，而sub-saharan africa开始使用铁的时间比较晚. 某个学者认为XXXX (记不清他的具体观点了, 大概是说sub-saharan africa was a recipient of the technology?）。而 本文作者觉得这个学者的观点rests on 3 problematic assumptions: 1) 一种新技术的发明会立刻在人们的生活产生observable influence  2) people will be willing to change the way they do things which have been formed over many years 3) 记不清了
第二段挑战那个学者的Assumption，并提出most societies are conservative and will not change the ways they do things that easily. 举了几个例子比如mesopotamians
第三段说实际上很多时候一项新发明的技术并不会很快在日常生活中找到use case. 比如某个部落的人在公元前6世纪就开始用铁来铸造jewelry, 但却还没有把铁用在任何其他日常实用的地方

有一题问的是what can be concluded about the above mentioned societies 答案是大意为most of societies are conservative and reluctant to change their every day ways of doing things by using the new technology
还有一题问的是what can be inferred from the passage, 答案应该选 to the XXX people (第三段提到的那个部落的人）jewelry has little utilitarian values。这题是细节题，其他的几个选项涉及到不同段落的细节，通读全文一遍后应该就能除掉错误选项

还有一篇讲online shopping
第一段讲现在实体店收到online shopping很大冲击，但是调查显示有实体店的online shops仍然比纯网络商铺赚钱，因为纯网络商铺需要花很多marketing costs来做推广 （大概是这样，还有其他解释记不清了）
第二段详细阐释实体店可以提供很好的用户体验所以即使online shopping market is growing rapidly商铺还是应该保留线下策略
第三段说保留实体店铺有一种弊端就是可能有顾客会去实体店里试用，然后回家上网找便宜渠道买。但是商家仍然应该保留实体店，因为实体店提供的floor space and customer experience相当于给厂商免费的showroom，所以有实体店的商铺可以争取到更好的supplier pricing.
第四段记不清了...

有一道题问的是what is the purpose of the third paragraph. 答案应该是it raises a possible criticism to the recommendation in p2 and proposes mitigation

另一篇讲石油和天然气的形成和运动
                                                                        
                                                                                                                        第一段说oil and gas are often discovered in desserts and the Arctic region which is a coincidence. fossil fuel is formed by rapid burial of the remains of animals and plants in the sediments，由于这些地方高度缺氧，动植物的残骸就不会腐烂。后来由于地球板块互相撞击，导致这些物质被翻到离地壳更近的underground reservoir里 （这里比较重要，暗示了地球板块会有vertical movement)


第二段说The tectonic movements of earth plates not only help the formation of oil and gas, but also shape their movement paths across the globe (这里就说到了地球板块的横向运动）

最后一段还是说tectonic plates的各种运动，记不清中间了，但最后一句话说some of the paths will move oil and gas to various places on the earth, including desserts and artic region 间接说明石油和天然气可以储藏在地球任何地方，所以在沙漠和北极地区发现储备只是巧合



[size=14.6667px]题1 问what can be inferred from the passage， 答案是选tectonic plates have both horizontal and vertical movements
[size=14.6667px]题2  就是问文章最后一句话support了什么，答案是选supports the use of word "concidence" in the first sentence

第一道题说有6 national car dealership, 其中有5家dealers都汇报了自己的销售额： 一家卖出2辆，两家各卖出10两，还有两家各卖出6辆。剩下一家没有汇报，但是这家的销量不会多于13辆。问这6家Dealership总销量的mean和median分别可能是多少

假设第6家卖出X辆， 则mean=（34+X)/6, since 0<=x<=13, 可以得知 5.6<x<7.8  所以x只能是6或者7. 答案里没有6所以选7
median是8 （分情况假设X<5, x>10 和5<x<10) 然后排除答案里不可能的数

第二题说的是一个医学的对照实验，让一个患者被5 panels of physicians诊断，每个panel都有好几个医生。这个患者的病的症状可能与ABCD 四种病症相关。 在其中4次panel诊断中，患者都对医生说自己可能得了ABCD中的某种病，而在第5组时患者只描述了自己的症状，而没有向医生suggest A diesease. 然后给了一个表格总结了5个panel对他的诊断结果(表格类似下面的，数据是我瞎编的)：纵列的ABCD 和no suggestion 表示5 panel diagnosis里患者对医生暗示的病症，表格里的概率表示当病人对医生suggest certain disease or no suggestion时，panel doctors对他的诊断。

Q1问当病人suggest he has A时，医生诊断他患有A的概率是不是比其他任何病的概率都高。 在suggest A那一行横向比一下就可以了
其他两题记不清具体题目了，大意都是在5组诊断结果中，医生觉得是某种病的最大概率是不是比另一种病的最低概率还低


第二道题一个grandma存钱给她的三个孙子孙女上大学。总共3部分信息：
  a. 三个孙子孙女分别是10岁，8岁和4岁， 都出生在春季。Grandma将从今天起（8月1号）每年的同一天存入3000刀。假设每一个小孩都是18岁那年的秋季入学
  b. 给了一个line chart, 两条线分别表示预计未来几年内A 大学和B大学的学费加生活费
  c. grandma's savings account年利率6% （做题时没用到）然后给了一个表格列出假设每年存入N刀时 account里接下来10年内每年本金加利息的总和 （都是用N表示的）

题1：问其中一个孙子（8岁的那个，要回第一部分按名字找年龄）上大学那一年，B大学的学费比A大学低多少。直接看第二部分的line chart找两条线差值就行
题2：问在3个孙子分别为15岁，12岁和10岁时，Grandma的账户里的存款有没有超过$30k. 这个要到分别算每个小孩到题目所问的年龄还有多少年，然后在第三部分的那个表格里找account里的total principal+return. 这道题楼主完全搞错了，只算了每年存3000刀的本金加起来的数，没有考虑利息...最后IR竟然还是8，走了狗屎运


第三道题是一个公司每年暑假都会招intern, allocated to 12 work groups. 有些工作组会安排一个Experienced employee去训练实习生。 重要信息：
   a.Every work group has at least 1 intern:  2 groups have exactly 6 interns, 2 groups have exacty 2 interns, 4 groups have exactly 1 intern 所以总共是有20个intern.
   b. 8 groups has exactly 1 experienced employee assigned; 4 groups have no experienced employee assigned. 所以总共是8个exp employees
   c. 这个实习生项目有3个目标： 1） help every intern develop and grow  2) let interns support each other in the group  3) build relationship between employee - intern

后面给了两个表格，表一是项目结束后对实习生的问卷，表二是对employee的问卷，都是3个问题

题1： 在实习生和对employee的问卷中，是否有至少一个问题是关于这个项目的3个目标的  （针对3个问题每个选yes or no）
题2： 问实习生问卷的Response rate是多少。表格中可以看出12个实习生回答了，所以是60%
题3： 问实习生和employee是否分别觉得这个项目需要有更多的experienced employee assigned to each work group. 这个直接读两个问卷就可以回答，有两个问题分别问了intern和employee what is the ideal number of experienced employees that should be assigned to each group.

train ridership. 这道题好像出现次数很多，机经里比较详细，这里就不多说了

不好意思应该是选d, 知道任何两个定点连线的长度都可以用三角函数求出边长

不是求how much, 是how much is A's profit greater than B's profit. 把两者的profit都用未知数表示求比就可以

我没有做GWD，只看了manhattan，感觉重要的知识点都覆盖到了
而且考试时选项的排列也比较容易帮助你排除错误选项 （有相似错误的选项都是连在一块的）

做了mba.com的官网上那个模拟考（改版后）  但是要小心网络问题，我当时就是做了3个多小时全部做完了，结果提交之后所有的信息全部丢失了也不知道自己得了多少分...
里面的题还是跟原来的prep一样的，主要是感受一下考试的pace

这个问法，我第一感觉是是必须要是一个确切的金额啊，如果这样的话就选C了，如果比例的话就可以选B。
